There was no script. No production plan. Just two excited kids, a handful of plushies, and a dad with enough curiosity to let the moment unfold.
The family had come to Vegas for the Bar & Restaurant Expo and Pizza Expo—but for Kalin and Mila, Shawn’s son and daughter, the real magic happened somewhere else: Claw World. An arcade dreamscape packed with claw machines and towering stuffed animals, Claw World quickly became the center of their universe. They played. They negotiated. They won big. (A Pikachu 10 times the size of the original was a particular point of pride.)
And then they hit record
In between Bellagio fountains and peach cobbler debates, the kids joined their dad on the mic for a spontaneous podcast taping—Mila proudly talking about train rides and garden walks, Kalin breaking down plushie strategy like a seasoned arcade veteran. They joked, they riffed, they shared exactly what was on their minds, the way only kids can.
