Every Business Needs a Show with Rob Napoli of Omniboost

Rob Napoli, Head of Global Commercial and Business Brand at Omniboost, has a unique journey that spans from Iowa to Italy and eventually leading him to New York. With a career steeped in Entrepreneurship, both as a business owner and a consultant/coach, it is no wonder that he was able to adapt enough to navigate the multiple terrains that such moves would inevitably bring. It was the last move, however, where Napoli recognized the need to reinvent himself. 

 

“It’s the third time I had to start from scratch. And this is the point where I really started to become a creator because I started to tie the loops together.” Napoli said to Shawn Walchef of Cali BBQ Media.

 

Now an author of the book The Social Soul, podcast host of The Bear Necessities of Entrepreneurship, and overall leader in the space, Napoli has continued to find new ways to reach his audience. His innovative use of video content, particularly on LinkedIn has emerged as a powerful tool for building networks and instrumental in connecting with startup accelerators. This method not only helped Napoli gain exposure but also fostered a community among founders from around the world and within the local startup ecosystem.

 

“I’d pick a little clip and start posting, or I’d take a picture and share that.” said Napoli of his simplistic approach. “I would tag all the founders in it.” 

 

Continuing with the idea of exposure, Napoli believes that every business should have their own show. Omniboost’s show, Hospitable, highlights Napoli’s idea by using the platform to drive conversations and be the intersection of key elements in the hospitality tech space as they strive to be connectors in the industry. 

In his words, “The show is our ability to be known and tie those loops together for the wider industry on a bigger picture scale and have an impact. That was the idea.”
