I think that’s the biggest thing especially when you you spent your whole life working in an office you’re used to navigating it a certain way so the communication barriers when you’re all virtually remote is probably the biggest aspect obstacle in it, but I think it’s so beneficial for all the other areas” – Gavin Kinsel
